Dr Norbert Neizer was employed by different law firms as a junior associate and became a partner at a Hungarian Law Firm in 2014. Later he founded the NEIZER Law Firm with Dr. Viktória Vajna Dr. Neizerné where he has been working since May 2019. His expert areas are the law of contracts, labour law, corporate law, public administration law and legal regulation affecting public pharmacies, private international law and the law of the European Union. He works in Hungarian, German and English.

After nearly 10 years of employment, in various legal fields and the acquisition of extensive professional knowledge and experience, the NEIZER Law Firm was founded in 2019 by the attorneys Viktória Vajna, Dr. and Norbert Neizer, Dr. The founders firmly believe that in addition to up-to-date professional knowledge, effective work, customer focus and flexibility as guiding principles play the key role in the efficient operation of a law firm in the 21st century. In addition, our law firm has deep expertise concerning the regulation of public pharmacies, security services, the operation of state or municipal owned corporations, furthermore on cases falling under the national economic priority, and on commercial e-services. We can provide our clients with complex and reliable service in these issues in out-of-court settlements, in out-of-court proceedings, in lawsuits and administrative procedures, but we also have experience in preliminary ruling procedures before the Court of Justice of the European Union, in complaint proceedings before the Hungarian Constitutional Court and in the proceedings before the European Court of Human Rights. Our colleagues are not unfamiliar with the procedures of other alternative dispute resolution forums, in particular in litigation in front of the Arbitration Court operating beside the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in procedures in front of the Certification of Compliance Expert, that is also operate beside the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as well as in front of the Financial Conciliation Board, and in domain registration decision-making procedures. Furthermore, we collaborate with partner law firms, accredited public procurement consultants, real estate professionals, accountants, tax consultants, and auditors, which allows us to deliver comprehensive and reliable solutions to our clients both within Hungary and internationally.
The rules of legal confidentiality and the interests of clients require that their identity or the assignments given by them are not disclosed by our law firm to others. While respecting this, it can be said that fortunately among our clients there are several Hungarian-based companies, Hungarian branches of foreign companies or even foreign-based companies, but the office also provides services to state-owned economic operators. These clients are active in different sectors; without completeness: manufacture and processing of steel and aluminium, provision of hotel services, temporary employment and recruitment, health services – including the operation of public pharmacies, sale of medical instruments, dental, medical and optician services, — construction, real estate and real estate development, production and sale of digital and non-digital household supplies, provision of engineering and design services, manufacturing and machinery trade, debt management and agriculture. The office’s clients also include natural persons, condominiums and non-governmental organisations (such as foundations, sports and other associations).
The remuneration is normally calculated individually at an hourly rate or on a monthly flat-rate basis based on previous experience in the case subject to the assignment, the nature and complexity of the case, taking into account market standards and client interest. The office is a VAT taxable person.
