This website is managed by TEN – The European Network e.V. (TEN), with registered office at Dammstrasse 3, D-47119 Duisburg, Germany, registered in the Register of Associations at the local court Duisburg, Germany, legally represented by attorney Luiza Iuliana Budusan.
By accessing and using the services that are made available through the website www.ten-law.org, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. You are responsible for taking note of these Terms and Conditions.
By accessing the website, by accessing any of the information provided through this website, by accessing a link made available through this website and/or by using any of the services provided through this website, you hereby expressly acknowledge that you have read the Terms and Conditions, that you agree to these Terms and Conditions and that you undertake to respect them.
These Terms and Conditions represent the legal relationship between the parties.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately stop using the website, its content and the services provided by TEN. By refusing to accept the Terms and Conditions, TEN can no longer be held liable by a visitor who continues to use the website or its content for the failure to respect these Terms and Conditions.
The Terms and Conditions are available on the Home page of the website. These Terms and Conditions shall apply to both versions of the website, mobile and desktop.
TEN can periodically change the Terms and Conditions (T&C). Any update or amendment of these T&C shall be notified to visitors by posting a visible warning on the website, the modified version being applicable to any visitor upon its posting on the website.
In case of disputes, the Terms and Conditions available at the time of their occurrence shall apply, namely at the time TEN was notified in this regard by a visitor or member, in writing.

Visitors are not allowed to copy, share, publish, transfer to third parties, modify and/or alter, use, expose, include any content of the website, nor to participate in the transfer, sale or distribution of materials resulting from the reproduction, modification or display of the content, only with the express consent of TEN.
It is forbidden to use the website’s content for other purposes than those expressly permitted by these T&C or by any other usage agreement, should there be any.
3. Warranties
By accessing the website, by accessing any of the provided information, and/or by using the services made available through the website, the visitor takes responsibility for any material, intellectual or any other type of damage caused to him/her or to any third party resulting from the improper use of the website, its content or of the services, namely from the failure to respect these Terms and Conditions.

TEN guarantees the quality of the services it provides. TEN shall use its best efforts in order to ensure a proper use of the website and of the services, however it does not guarantee that such services will satisfy its customers’ requirements.
TEN does not guarantee the usage of its services without errors or interruptions. TEN does not guarantee and it is not responsible for errors, data losses or delays in their transmission, for the infection of visitors’ systems with computer viruses or other harmful programs transmitted to the visitors’ systems through the website, if they are not the fault of TEN.
TEN does not offer any guarantees to its visitors in case of consequences or damages resulting from the failure of the services to function, the delay of the information or the security of its applications. TEN undertakes to remedy as soon as possible any possible malfunction of the website.
TEN shall use its best efforts in order to prevent cybercrime, however it shall not be liable towards visitors for any damage caused by the unlawful action of a third party.
4. Suspension of the access
For the failure to comply with the usage conditions, TEN may cancel, suspend or limit your access to the content of the website or to part of such content without any further notification or formality and without the obligation to justify its decision.
TEN shall not be liable for damages or losses suffered by visitors resulting from the termination or limitation of their access to the website for the breach by visitors of these Terms and Conditions or of the in force legislation.
According to these T&C, neither party shall be liable for the non-compliance within a specified time limit and/or for the failure to properly comply, entirely or partially, with any of its obligations undertaken hereunder, provided that such non-compliance was caused by force majeure or by an unforeseeable event.
5. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the German laws.
Any dispute that may arise between the visitor and TEN shall be solved amicably. If such amicable resolution is not possible, the dispute under consideration shall be solved by a court of law, from TEN’s headquarters, in accordance with the in force German laws.
Should any of the clauses above be declared null or invalid, no matter the cause, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses and the contract shall therefore remain in force.
